Surrey Heath Carers Support

We have a 'Carers Coffee Morning' in the 'Drop In' room at the Ian Goodchild Centre, Knoll Road, Camberley from 10.00 am until 11.30 am on the second Monday of each month.  

Carers and the person they care for, and former carers, are very welcome to come along and join members of our committee for a cup of tea or coffee - or just relax and enjoy a chat with other carers.

Our Relaxation Therapy sessions are available for those who feel stressed out from time to time.  A gentle programme has been developed, aimed at breathing to control anxiety and stress and promote relaxation.

These relaxation sessions, run by our tutor Valerie Wright, are held every Monday from 11.30 am - 12.30 pm in the 'drop in' room at the Ian Goodchild Centre.
